Barre Fusion

Originally developed by Ballet dancer Lotte Berk, this exercise technique is designed to give your muscles an intense workout, while still being low impact on your joints. It combines bodyweight resistance strengthening exercises with aspects of yoga and Pilates, and a dash of light weight-training. This class will work your muscles to the point of fatigue, strengthening and reshaping your body, ultimately giving you strong, long, lean muscles, and the body of a dancer!

Classes and Sessions are 55 minutes long, unless otherwise stated.
